Setting up your environment
Follow the steps below to set up the Avalanche Mainnet C-Chain network on your wallet. This guide demonstrates the setup using a Metamask wallet, but a similar process can be applied when using your preferred wallet.

1. Open Metamask and click the network name located at the top-right corner of the window
2. Click the "Add Network" button at the bottom of the pop-up window
3. Enter the following network details and click "Save"
- Network Name: Avalanche Mainnet C-Chain
- Chain ID: 43114
- Currency Symbol: AVAX
4. After clicking "Save", the Avalanche Mainnet C-Chain network will be automatically selected from the dropdown list.
You have now successfully added the Avalanche network. Let's get started! 🚀
